Natore is a small, leafy town shaped by its zamindar past, with Rani Bhabani's palace and the elegant Dighapatia palace now known as Uttara Gonobhaban. East of town stretches Chalan Beel, the country's largest wetland, and Natore's soft kacha golla is famous nationwide.
